I worked at Access Dental Plan full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

STAY AWAY. Worse company to work for, upper management has no real experience and they only care for them, extremely poor skills. No real training, no clear direction, benefits are ok, disorganized leadership. No loyalty to employees.

    Cons

STAY AWAY. Employees have no value for this company, raise or promotions are rare. I hope that as Guardian gets more involve good changes may happen. Please bring well educated and professional upper management. No life balance. The dentists are pushed to produce, produce.. were honestly even when I worked for this company I refuse to get any treatment by these dentists due to their dishonesty, I feel that due to the production pressure some on them will diagnose a major treatment just to make money out of you and then some of them will call them selves Endodontics when all they were is a General Dentist. All they care are numbers numbers without really taking care of their employees.

    Advice to Management

Please bring real leaders on upper management.

I worked at Access Dental Plan full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Stable company. Lots of young staff, I had a fun time with the staff in our office. Lots of camaraderie to relieve the stress.

    Cons

Dentists are mainly educated in 3rd world countries, very tough to keep pAtients happy and coming back. Fielding daily complaints gets to be very frustrating.

    Advice to Management

Hire Dentists educated and experienced in the US. Stop using the worst and cheapest materials to save a buck.
