    Pros

    Good benefit packages and vacation days.

    Cons

    It does not matter how well you are at your job or not you will not get any praise from anyone and the supervisors will take all the credit if its good and blame everyone else if its bad.. You will not get talked to like a human being but like you are a robot and their property.

    Pros

    Great company to work for. They are so driven and very kind. Their goals are clearly that they want to find the best job to suit you and it may take time but they do a great job finding you a job they know you will last at.

    Cons

    So many people down talk them because they are such a small company and can't find them work right away but what they don't realize is they want to find you the perfect job that you will last at.

    Pros

    The entire staff is incredibly friendly. Management is great with creating flexible schedules and the benefits package is really good. I honestly enjoy going to work every day and thats not something most people can say.

    Cons

    The only real downside is that right now they are currently a smaller company and can't afford to compensate their workers necessarily what they deserve.

    Pros

    Some really great individuals. Great location.

    Cons

    No training program, gaps in management without any company standard. It seems left up to the particular manager as to what the rules are, and where accountability is held. Cost of living increases were frozen. Some people have gone more than 5 years without a raise while, unnecessary headcount was added. Nepotism is a real big problem from the executive level.

    Pros

    Small company and a good place if you are new to Telecom or are older and need a job.

    Cons

    It is truly a wonder how the company has managed to stay afloat for so many years. The "processes" are very inefficient and manual. There are so many people that have been there for 10 years + that any suggestion for improvement is discarded. There is a complete lack of communication between departments and an atmosphere of us vs. them mentality. Everyone is so quick to pass blame without taking any accountability for mistakes (or try to fix it). Management does not support their staff and often times pick favorites. This type of culture will continue to cultivate the exact same results and they will continue to lose good employees that want to make things better. There is no trust and always a feeling of watching your back. There is just no growth with the company and it seems that the best interest of the customer is not a focus at times. The pay is not competitive, there are little to no pay raises, no reviews (even when you ask for them) and little praise for a job well done. Benefits are not that great. Some employees are expected to work Holidays even when they are slated as "Company Holidays" without notice of policy changes/reasoning. Not to mention that you have to use PTO days for the day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Eve because those are not included as company holidays.

    Management was very easy to work with and very helpful Coworkers were very easy to get along with and friendly

    Cons

    Not compassionate enough when problems arose as to needing to take time off due to sickness of family problems
