RecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEOI have been working at Access Receivables full-time for more than 10 years
Pros
I started as a part-time collector almost 19 years ago and was given opportunities which enabled me to grow and become the VP of Sales. Our President has made me use my weak areas to become stronger.
Cons
For me, there haven't been any cons. I worked hard when given opportunities.

Pros
Great people work here. We have fun at work while getting the job done. I sign-off on big bonuses every month and the benefits are great!
Cons
We have to work an occasional Saturday if month-end falls on the weekend and the last full week of the month is mandatory attendance.

Doesn't RecommendNeutral OutlookI worked at Access Receivables for less than a year
Pros
40 hours a week. 1-2 late nights WiFi and many stores down on the lower level
Cons
I started as a temp and throughout training they focused on telling us difference ways to make goal but never once said if you didn't make ANY money, you can get fired. You have to collect enough to cover your salary basically, if not, they show you the door. They do help with one on ones and sit downs, but you can't force anyone to pay their bills

We make every attempt to explain the pros and cons of collections when hiring. Collections is not for everyone but is is a high paying job that does not necessarily require a college degree for many.

Pros
None I can think of, dead end job.
Cons
Long hours, thankless management, people there ready to knife you in the back, bonuses have been designed to be v. difficult to actually get. Owner would make Donald Trump look like an angel.

We have changed our vacation policies in the last year. Collections is a fast-paced job and is not for everyone.
