    ATS recruiting process will filter for smart & can do attitude folks. The projects I worked on gave me a good foundation for my career in IT.

    Cons

    It was considered a "career limiting move" to decline a proposed assignment that required extensive travel and loads of overtime.

    Management needs to find a way to achieve work-life balance, and to get people off the road, while still meeting client needs.

    By far the people and team atmosphere. There is no shortage of high caliber individuals to assist. Large data accessibility behind you in every turn.... no need to reinvent the wheel at every turn. Supportive management who look out for you and want you to succeed.
