Cons

Pros
Some genuinely great people to work and hang out with within and outside the office. There were also free coffee and free food sometimes.
Cons
The company should be ashamed of pretending to have a "Learning and Development" department. Once you're in, you'll be expected to attend some cookie-cutter training that teaches you no industry skills whatsoever. Doesn't matter though, since you're only expected to work on the back-office paper pushing, with no or little training that is needed.

Not a professional environment
Oct 31, 2022 - Physical TherapistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Lots of people like to denigrate onsite management but they really weren't bad and were not hard to work for a get along with.
Cons
Policies and work practices were not documented so everyone seemed to make it up as they go along and were extremely reactionary. Long hours, too many responsibilities for the amount of pay, zero time for training. Not anywhere near a professional environment unless maybe you mean professional wrestling.

Owner was a narcissistic megalomaniac
Oct 7, 2022 - Physical TherapistRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
Somehow, they were able to get good people that believe in what they were doing, but only temporarily because those smart people would eventually realize how badly they were being treated.
Cons
The owner won't let good management do their job. He also treated employees as if they should be grateful to have a job when really, he should be grateful people want to work for him. Nobody stayed for long. Everyone was led on with broken promises and they always leave disgruntled.

It's so frustrating and the pressure is unbearable!
Aug 22, 2022 - Rehabilitation CoordinatorRecommendCEO ApprovalBusiness OutlookPros
I was looking forward to this job because it was new to me. I was hoping to learn new things, but I have to learn on my own.
Cons
This is probably the worst company to ever work for. I was recently hired, and the training wasn't what I expected. It doesn't fully equip you with all tools you need for the job, and basically I'd need to learn along the way. but everyone expecs me to know what to do in every case. It;s so frustrating and thepressure is UNBEARABLE!
