    Pros

    Being part of a company that grew from 2 million a year to 60 million a year has
    a pretty rewarding experience.

    Cons

    Feeling kind of left behind in the growth processes after a 20 year run.

    Advice to Management

    Spend more time minding the store and pay more attention to employee input.

    Pros

    Family atmosphere, a lot of autonomy, team atmosphere, laid back environment, casual setting, and a great deal of experience to tap into.

    Cons

    Location in Westchester, IL, the building isn't the nicest, but it is sufficient. Training structure could use some improvement.
