I worked at Accountable Healthcare Staffing full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

There are a few employee's that care about what they do.

    Cons

Zero support! Zero transparency! More push back than help! Management asks how they can help, but only to ask, they can't really do anything! Smoke and mirrors. Internal employee issues don't get resolved......they get worse!

    Advice to Management

You should take the time to look at your management in place from all divisions including / especially the corporate office. Incompetent management equals bad business! You have some employees that care and do there job but most are on cruise control just collecting a check.

I have been working at Accountable Healthcare Staffing part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

It's work and their pay day is Tuesday

    Cons

Expect to show up to work only to be turned away. This company does not sdvocate for their employees. Will not notify you of cancellations. If you are scheduled and turned away, the company will not call their client. Poor communication.

    Advice to Management

    See above.

Cousins working under the other and favoritism heavy, negative vibe from management, threats by management not a healthy work environment

    Advice to Management

Stop blaming staff for your lack of in adequacy’s, Management should LISTEN to their employees.

I worked at Accountable Healthcare Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Weekly pay, flexible scheduling, awesome support staff, hospitals where places are decent, great selection of specialities and shifts to choose from

    Cons

The only con that I can recall is the benefits were not great/available. Otherwise it is a staffing agency and the pay allows you more freedom than a traditional nursing position.

    Advice to Management

Review your benefit package. Everyone who works in healthcare should have access to some level of a healthcare plan. We cant take care of others if we aren't taking care of ourselves.

    Always get you a contract
Want you to be happy where you are
Always get paid quickly and on time
    Upfront and honest

    Cons

My experience has been that recruiters look through the options and present you with one or two. I wish we had the ability to see everything available.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for promoting a good culture.

I worked at Accountable Healthcare Staffing full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Establishing great relationships with clients throughout the city as well as really getting to know our HCPs. It was a great feeling to get an HCP into a contract and keep them working. That's what it's all about!

    Cons

Upper management never made client visits to gain or maintain client base therefore our contract opportunities were extremely limited for our HCPs. Upper management would angrily speak to team on a regular basis and HR was completely unresponsive to the team's concerns.

    Advice to Management

Show respect for your team and they will do their very best for you. An anxiety filled environment is not conducive to success. HR should make an effort to be responsive to employee's concerns regarding work environment.
