    Pros

Great people to work with, always helpful in finding assignments. Very fair when it comes to money. Great with communication and understanding that even though you are a contract employee, that you are still human and may need to handle personal things.

    Cons

Need to go back to the old plan for accrued hrs for holiday pay. Need to offer more bonuses.

I worked at Accountemps full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Excellent training program through corporate itself.

    Cons

The training you receive in branch is terrible! I'm sure that every branch or region is ran differently, but the particular region I was in was a NIGHTMARE!!!! Our branch manager lied to us constantly, even over the silliest of things, she never did her own work and always made sure she had the easiest accounts to get positions in from. Work load completely burns you out and occasionally makes you breakdown in tears. Additionally, this particular region does not promote from within and if you express interest in growth you completely black list yourself, because you are "tapped on the shoulder and hand selected by the regional and its considered an honor to be selected." They would rather bring someone from the outside with littler or no experience than ever promote a great employee.

    I worked at Accountemps full-time

    Pros

I had a job even though it was temp

    Cons

I have worked with numerous staffing agencies and this one was the worst. They do not care about if the job is the right fit , they just want you to make them $$$. And if you tell them its not, they don't help you find an assignment that is.

I have been working at Accountemps (Less than a year)

    Pros

I am new to the whole concept of working with a staffing agency. However, Accountemps has been great to work with from the onset. Upon my first application for a position, they reached out to me within a couple of hours. All the necessary paperwork, discussion of my interests and skills and interview took place over Skype, which was extremely convenient and efficient. I began my temporary position within 3 weeks of my initial contact to them, they provided very thorough information about my assignment, and they are available to answer any questions I may have.

    Cons

I can't think of any at this point. I've been in my temporary position for 5 weeks now and haven't had any issues.
