I worked at Accountemps as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

-They found me a long-term contract job within two weeks of submitting my resume.
-The job itself was fine, if stressful at times and overall unfulfilling, but most jobs are like that anyway in my experience.
-Temporary work helps me visualize a light at the end of the tunnel, so to speak. I don't want to be stuck at the same job forever, and knowing a position does not need to be permanent helps keep me sane.
-For menial office work, the pay isn't horrible. They also have some higher end jobs that payout pretty well, just look at their website's job listings.

    Cons

-The benefits are awful. No 401k matching, no paid sick days, and no PTO.
-Those "higher paying jobs" I mentioned in the pros require years of previous experience.

    Advice to Management

Just match people's 401k contributions up to the average percent this day and age (I think it's like 6%) and give people PTO. Bonus pay is not a great benefit, especially with all the conditions that need to be met in order to qualify for it.

    Pros

Job assignment locations (clients) vary so that there is always something different to do.

    Cons

Accountemps does not always have a job assignment ready when the current job I am working at ends. No paid holidays or vacation time for several months.

I have been working at Accountemps (More than a year)

    Pros

Build experience to help get your foot in the door at bigger companies.

    Cons

They will place you in assignments with less pay and/or hours than you want with the promise to keep looking for something else. The catch is you can't be placed somewhere else while on an assignment unless its a second job.
