    Pros

    They reward loyalty with loyalty. They find me assignments even after some assignments don't work out.

    Cons

    Pay could be a little better, especially for long-term assignments.

    Advice to Management

    Why reduce the length-of-service bonus?

    Pros

    Gained experience in recruiting industry and learned recruiting system
    Day went by SO fast, phones and emails kept you busy.

    Cons

    Wanted to try to paint a realistic picture for applicants, but some applicants were unrealistic in their expectations. That was tough.

    Advice to Management

    Focus on development of team members, not just breezy check ins

    They find you work fast as their clientele base is big....

    Cons

    Hourly rate is a bit low. Their guys talk like sales guys.

    Pros

    Great way to get exposure to accounting in the DFW area. They have a good reputation in the area and several openings at any given time.

    Cons

    Much of your reporting in as a temporary worker is done on a website that is not always as user friendly as it should be.
