Pros
Great culture, majority of the people here are very friendly and approachable. It’s a global company with half US and half UK folks so it’s always interesting to learn about each other’s social norms. There is a lot going on so you’ll find yourself wearing many hats and getting exposure which helps you grow as an employee and revops pro.
Cons
We get rewarded the right way and no pizza parties sadly.

Pros
Hands down, the best management I’ve ever worked with in the 20 years I’ve been in the workforce. Leadership is there when you need them, and extremely aware of what’s happening within their teams. This leads to incredible support and consistent guidance. The fluidity between teams and departments is also amazing. I personally have not felt any animosity or misalignment between departments, leadership, or team members on anything significant. Sure, disagreements come up, but the big picture is always the main focus and resolve can be found quickly. Benefits are fantastic and the work/life balance is amazing.
Cons
The company is based in the US with a large majority of both leadership and staff being based in the UK. This can lead to minimal hours of overlap for management discussions, and support at times, but the company is growing quickly and strategically and this is getting better.

Pros
The marketing team that I worked with was great. Genuinely enjoyed working with everyone in our department. I didn't interact with too many employees outside the marketing department but the few that I did interact with were awesome to work with as well. Benefits were really good. My manager Cody was easily the best manager I've had in my career. Pushed me to grow and also pushed me to take time off regularly to re-charge.
Cons
As far as working in the company and my general experience there, I can't think of any cons that I felt on a daily basis that were nagging in any way. Working for a fast-moving start-up isn't for everyone. There were definitely times that it felt like our backs were against wall in regards to marketing goals but I personally thought that made the role exciting. Again not for everyone. Full transparency - I was laid off unfortunately which would be my biggest con if you will but that happens sometimes. To my knowledge, Accredible hasn't been a company that would regularly engage in mass layoffs or anything. Wasn't personal or based on performance - just a budget/restructuring thing. Wasn't thrilled about it of course but I have to say that Accredible did make sure to take care of me with their severance package. They gave me a couple months of pay and covered insurance as well which was immeasurably helpful while I found a new gig. One of my favorite gigs I've had in my career thus far.

Thank you truly for sharing your thoughts about your experience at Accredible. It is wonderful to hear that you had such a positive experience with the Marketing team and our generous benefits. Your appreciation for your manager, Cody, and the overall work environment is clear, and it’s great that you found the role rewarding despite the challenges that come with a fast-moving startup. We are grateful that you understand the situation was related to budget and restructuring rather than personal performance. We did indeed attempt to provide you with a thoughtful severance package, which undoubtedly helped during your transition. Your perspective of the experience showcases your professionalism and adaptability. Regarding your advice to management, you indicate that you didn’t have any major concerns during your time with us; this is extremely valuable feedback in itself. Your input on the positive aspects as well as your understanding of the challenges will be helpful for prospective employees and our continued company growth. Thank you for taking the time to share your honest and balanced review. We wish you nothing but the best! Accredible

Pros
Thoughtful onboarding process. Friendly colleagues who are conscientious and enthusiastic about collaborating and sharing information. Respectful and polite communication among team members. International team.
Cons
Management keeps talking about encouraging diverse viewpoints, but in reality, things don't work that way. It's more like a "fit in or get out" situation. It's a shame that employees often don't realize the disconnect between what's advertised as desirable code of conduct and what management actually values until it's too late and they are on their way out. The company is way more hierarchical than it seems at first glance. The preferred communication style often has political undertones and is indirect rather than straightforward. If that's not your cup of tea, it's probably best to steer clear. The founders are still refining their management skills and it's understandable given that it's their first rodeo. Strategies may feel like they're straight out of the latest management bestseller. Reorgs and people leaving for reasons unexplained are also an issue. For a company putting so much emphasis on culture this is particularly disconcerting.

Dear Former Employee, We are pleased to hear that you had a positive onboarding experience and enjoyed working with friendly and collaborative colleagues. It is important to us that our team members feel respected and have a positive and supportive work environment. However, we are disappointed to hear about your concerns regarding the perceived disconnect between the company's advertised code of conduct and the actual working environment. We understand that there may be room for improvement in this area. Regarding your feedback on management style and communication, we acknowledge that different communication styles can exist within teams and that it may not align with everyone's preferences. Accredible is not for everyone. We encourage transparency, kindness, and professionalism; if these traits are considered “kumbaya” and subsequently fosters harmony, we feel this is actually a positive. Thank you for sharing your perspective and providing advice to our management team. We genuinely appreciate your feedback as it helps us identify areas where we may be able to improve. Respectfully, Accredible

Pros
solid product and leadership. company is fully remote
Cons
below average pay (~25-30%) compared to comparable roles in other companies. CRO doesn't give time to his management team (constantly pushing their meetings) to understand how the front lines are doing and there are a lot of broken and easy to fix systems in the sales org. These flaws will cause issues as the company grows. Interdepartmental communication between sales, marketing, and CS is not there and each operate with little to no consideration for each others departments.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback; we appreciate your perspective, and we are committed to continuous improvement here at Accredible. We are glad to hear you value our product and leadership, and we’re always proud of our remote-first work environment. We hear your concern about compensation. In fact, we are reviewing compensation across the organization as a Q4 goal. Moreover, we will be reviewing compensation at regular intervals moving forward. Your feedback on the CRO’s schedule and the need for better cross-functional communication is also duly noted. As everyone in the company knows, we are hiring an additional sales executive leader as we speak. If all goes well, we will have someone identified this month. Availability and cross-collaboration will certainly be at the top of their list. As such, we strongly encourage you to reach out to the People team or SLT with specific details so we may start to address and rectify these issues now - not necessarily wait for the new leader is in place. The obvious aim for all Accredible is to create a more cohesive and efficient work environment as we grow. We would like your help with this - truly. We genuinely hope to properly address your concerns and create a more positive employee journey in the future! Sincerely, Accredible Management

Pros
A Paycheck (though low compared to most SaaS) PTO Remote work
Cons
As many have mentioned, the story they tell during interviews is not actually what they want. Most of the C Suite are micro managers. These said leaders also do a poor job of prioritizing (even though they have a robotic OKR process), and then gaslight others that they (the other employees) are not prioritizing. There is also clear favoritism going on. If you want to be a favorite, they love people who talk the most during meetings, are over the top fake, and "pretend" to work 10+ hours a day. The busier and more ragged you appear, the better! Also as others have mentioned, never push back, you will put a target on yourself as I've seen happen to several people here. Lastly, be on guard as they will cut you with no warning, which is something that happened just recently to two great people. If you like fake, micromanagey, and inefficient, this is your place!

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback about your experience at Accredible. As always, we truly value open and honest communication, and we appreciate the chance to address your concerns. We are concerned to hear you are troubled by our interview process, micro-management, prioritization, favoritism, and the perception of a negative work culture. We take these concerns, and all concerns, seriously. Micro-management is a delicate balance but we feel we give vast amounts of autonomy and empowerment to each and every employee. We want our Accredibles to feel trusted and be able to contribute their best work while receiving the necessary guidance and support from leadership. As you know, effective prioritization is crucial for success. We are continuously evaluating our OKR process. In fact, just today, in our All Hands meeting, we introduced a new, simpler, prioritization process that will more clearly outline what constitutes great individual performance at Accredible. What did you think of the new goal planning methodology? Favoritism is very subjective. Accredible is deliberately fostering an inclusive and fair environment where all employees have the opportunity to succeed. We do our best to ensure that recognition is based on merit and contribution, rather than personal biases. Regarding the ability to have a voice, it is discouraging to see you can voice your opinions here but not in the workplace. Open dialogue and transparency has been key to our past and future success. Accredible believes in constructive feedback, period. Speaking of constructive feedback, we welcome you to reach out to the SLT team or the People team to further discuss. If you have any suggestions on how you can help resolve the issues mentioned above, all the better. Respetively, Accredible Leadership

Pros
I've recently been out on medical leave, and the support I received from my direct manager, senior leaders, and the rest of the team has been incredible. I didn't worry about work at all while I was out, and came back to find all the work that needed to be done managed in a very thoughtful way. Blown away by this experience, truly.
Cons
I truly don't have any cons to share.

Pros
some great colleagues, good healthcare, generous PTO
Cons
management will target you and push you out of the company if you give the slightest pushback; micromanagement to an extreme; what was sold to me during an the interview process was not the reality; toxic 'forced happiness' culture

Dear Former Employee We are saddened to hear about your experience at Accredible. Even though you are no longer with the organization, your feedback is still very important to us. Might we be able to put you in touch with the People team to discuss further? We are proud of our extremely low attrition rates and believe that is in large part due to a very positive, genuine work culture; in fact, the results of our 2023 annual Employee Engagement survey revealed an Employer Net Promoter Score (eNPS) rating of 75 based on completely anonymous responses to the question "How likely are you to recommend Accredible as a place to work?". This is a best-in-class score and is based on a 73% participation rate across all current employees. Nonetheless, we would still like to better understand your version of "forced happiness" and hopefully, we can all learn from this to continuously improve the experience for your former colleagues and for future Accredible employees to come. We acknowledge that Accredible may not be an excellent fit for everyone, but we are pleased that the overwhelming majority of our current and past Accredibles would recommend us as a great place to work. Sincerely, The Accredible Strategic Leadership Team

Pros
Many companies try to call themselves close-knit, positive, inclusive, and open to ideas. Accredible is the first company I've worked for that embodies those values, every day - at every level. People help each other here. They care about what we're doing, and how we get there. There's a communal feel where we support and nurture one another, and that helps us to accomplish great things. The company itself, and our product, are incredible. The company has grown tremendously and stands poised to continue that growth track, and the product is a clear leader in a still-growing space. It really is an exciting time where the market at large is starting to demand this technology at a faster pace. The company cares about people - in many ways - but it's probably most apparent in things like development time and budget, and the way the company truly wants to be remote-first, instead of just 'remote work'. People are encouraged to actually take advantage of the fact that they're working remote - and the benefits that should come with that, instead of just being chained to a desk at home for 8 hours straight. Professional development and improvement are built into working at Accredible, through a number of means. So, a lot of companies call themselves good. Accredible actually is.
Cons
Because Accredible is relatively young, some processes are still being drafted and figured out - but there is consistent positive progress on that.

We are glad that you are a part of our exciting journey! Accredible Management
