Ego and Title Over Hard Work and Innovation

Benefits (paid health insurance, PTO, holidays)
Cons
-Poor leadership; a club of over paid narcissists, with under developed interpersonal skills -Lack of investment in their people -Ego from higher ups; title > innovation -Abysmal internal communication; secretive and shady dealings -Favorites played with subpar or downright incompetent middle managers, despite repeated complaints -Bias and lazy HR leadership; senior HR person is barely in the office, slow to respond, chooses sides before hearing both arguments, and unempathtic -High school gossip among senior leaders and middle managers -Money invested in more projects for already overwhelmed staff, instead of more staff or investing in current people -Limited opportunities for advancement -Blatant sexual and racial misconduct swept under the rug -Boys club mentality in senior leadership -Fixed corporate auditing; company cherry picks employees they know will praise them to participate in company evaluation -Forced return to office even after bragging about "record profits" for the almost three years working from home -Business acquisition that was poorly planned and integrated -Lack of consequence for anyone that holds a title -Seniority bias; because someone has been there for a while, their opinions are taken more seriously -Lack of follow-through on employee surveys/suggestions; many employees fear retribution and did not participate in employee survey, even though it was supposed to be anonymous; no trust that it is -Blatant lies from HR, middle managers to cover up their indiscretions or pass the buck -Poor appropriation of funds to under developed programs -Lots of criticism, lack of praise -Half truths told to board; they don't know what's really happening behind the scenes

Cons

- Former Employee, more than 10 years★★★★★
Pros
It was a job! pay was given as promised
Cons
Seemed to be an unsupportive of opportunities for growth. Wanted you to work extended hours, and minimized pay because of your salary status. Lack of support of upper management caused company not to grow because of disconnect of understanding the growth/development of the program. Company was sold to larger organization who didn't have a need for all employees.
