    Pros

    Benefits are good, but since the company is apart of Express Scripts, so the pharmacy benefits are with them and there is no discount it is expensive.

    Cons

    Supervisors only care about the numbers, company is focused quantity not quality

    Advice to Management

    Try to see the needs of the workers without reprimand. Happy employees make for a more productive environment.

    Great people, pay, and benefits

    Cons

    Accredo Has lost the personal touch with their patients. They were once totally patient oriented and are now totally $$$ oriented at the expense of their patient care and satisfaction. They were once the 1st call for many MD's and now those MD's and their pts concerns are not being heard by Express Script --which makes an Account Manager's job very difficult. general view of the company in the medical community is distasteful.

    I have been working at Accredo Health full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

    Accredo has put together numbers programs for difficult "orphan" disease processes that others in the industry have used to develop their programs. It is the thought leader in innovations for monitoring and maintaining its on products.

    Cons

    Accredo has done through numerous acquisitions in the last 10 years. With each acquisition the "warm fuzzy" approach to their patient care and HR has deteriorated.

    Advice to Management

    Look at the lose of the personal touch that has occurred and made Accredo so much more desirable to the payers.
