    I have been working at Accredo Health for less than a year

    Pros

    Flexible schedules...will work hard to accommodate. Not too stressful. As far as contact centers go, the callers are pretty easy going. Not everyone will be nice of course, but much better than other call center jobs I've had. The company cares about their employees and customers. Good growth opportunity, good health benefits, and great paid time off (20 days of PTO ) which is any combination of sick time or vacation. If you can stay healthy you can get a lot of vacation time.

    Cons

    Pay is a little low, but with bonus it is fair. Fortunately the bonus is very attainable if you show up on time and do your job. Only other con is the location is a bit remote, but at least close to the Interstate.

    Great benefits and some good supervisors

    Cons

    The pay is less than the work you do. The training is subpar. No one knows what they are doing especially the managers. Really hard to advance.

    Advice to Management

    Get a better training method. Increase the pay. And make advancement easier and more obtainable.

    Pros

    Great 401k and you get bonuses every month if you are a high performer. Benefit plans are horrible. Pay is good because you will be working alot of mandatory overtime whenever they feel the need to...and it's for months straight. There's room to grow and advance in many different areas.

    Cons

    Too much work for the pay. Company doesn't care about your life outside the company. Company needs to do better by their patients and clients. Their process is horrible when it comes to filling prescriptions.

    Do better and fight more for your employees and clients. Alot of management need to grow up.

    Pros

    Hours are 1st shift unless overtime is needed Every week pay

    Cons

    This company does a poor job communicating with patients and employees. They will revise your schedule without asking you. Reps are very rude to customers Pay is poor start 12.50 insurance sucks because you have a huge deductible. No incentives no increases no commission. Too many clicks If you go to college they don't work with your schedule Now every 2 weeks

    Advice to Management

    Pay employees more. Recognize employees who do a fantastic job. Be more caring to your patient's and employees who break there back to be there. Stop having clicks Bring back every week pay

    You get all the overtime you want, youre sitting down on the phone all shift.

    Cons

    1. You only get two 15 minute breaks during your shift. 2. You only get a 30 minute lunch break. 3. Patients that you talk to on the phone get to berate, belittle, & curse at you & you can do NOTHING about it. 4. There is a serious case of miscommunication amongst the floor managers.

    Advice to Management

    If you could get the communication issue in order & change that 30 minute lunch break to an hour it would be the ideal place to work.

    You can move up but; you have to kiss a lot.

    Cons

    As a pca, you a the front of the company, when you patients meds dont get out the no go team (Jidoka) doesn't even call the patient like there is suppose. Then with the generic copaxone coming out, as this point in the game this company needs a lot of help if theyre going to be all in with your patients.

    Advice to Management

    Realize that although pca comes in go, the pay should be just a little bit higher for back to back phone calls and the stress of every patient having a problem with their medicine.
