      Pros

Good benefits, but "resource management " must approve time off meaning forget spontaneity, even for 10+ year employees

      Cons

Management lives in a theoretical bubble. They pass down edicts but don't check into see if they work. Rather than refine/improve processes, there are daily work around & revisions making SOPs difficult to follow. Even professionals are timed on tasks so taking time for problems hurts your performance evaluation. The only way they seem to know how to cut spending is by letting people go. Now you've lost knowledge & experience that could have been used to solve problems.

The company was bought out shortly before I entered my 5th year, but it was a good experience.

      Pros

Good benefits and 401k plan, health and insurance plans were decent, centrally located.

      Cons

Large company, employees not very kind. No real chance for advancement for regular employees no matter how well you performed your duties.

      Former Employee

It used to be great. Now there is too much work and too little help/support/appreciation.

      Pros

Competitive pay Good benefits Flexible schedules for most employees Good office location Different food vendors Casual dress code Worthy service

      Cons

Too much work and expectation is too high for employees. Employees do not feel like there is anyone that will speak up for them. Work had been moving to India so employees do not feel secure.

      High turnover

      Pros

Benefits are good, but since the company is apart of Express Scripts, so the pharmacy benefits are with them and there is no discount it is expensive.

      Cons

Supervisors only care about the numbers, company is focused quantity not quality

Fast paced growing company, but leadership needs improving

      Pros

Big fans of work at home for many of their positions and departments. Good benefits and overtime possibilities.

      Cons

Many leadership changes, salary just average. Culture is very corporate so if looking for that small company feel this is not the place for you. Things went downhill once acquired by Express Scripts.

      Time is money

      Jul 3, 2017 - Nurse
      Recommend
      CEO Approval
      Business Outlook

      Pros

Pay is good, benefits are good, work at home option

      Cons

Constant hypocrisy, take your time hurry up culture. Evaluation is based on seconds per call, not patient/customer satisfaction of services. No set job description, multiple applications for sop's all conflict or negate each other, supervisors or managers do not have answers but rather mass email for responses. Being chained to headset literally all day causes definitive decline in employee health.
