I have been working at AccuLynx full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

-Cutting edge product, very easy to get behind
-Flexibility to come up with new ideas
    -Supportive leadership team
-Unlimited PTO and flexible work hours
    -Gym membership reimbursement
-Free snacks and drinks (may seem small but it's a nice touch)

    Cons

-No real cons that are unexpected at a smaller company. Occasionally have to wear many hats, but the organization is rapidly growing and adding more people to the team so that is changing already

    Advice to Management

Continue to support new ideas and innovation. Putting people first has done wonders for company culture and is a practice that should definitely continue!

I worked at AccuLynx full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

I really enjoyed my time working at AccuLynx. It is a relaxed atmosphere, with talented people given the freedom and tools to do amazing things. We would do plenty of team-building activities like have cookouts, play board games, and watch/attend sporting events. The downtown Beloit location has a full kitchen, a slide (from 2nd floor mezzanine), and a MAME video game machine for break-time. Software developers are given top-of-the-line hardware to work with, and their own private office. Overall it is a great place to work!

    Cons

It's a small company, so you don't have the level(s) of support that you would in a larger, enterprise environment. There is no IT department, so in addition to product development, Engineering becomes tasked with things like desktop support, network troubleshooting, security, and system administration. But that can be fun, if you don't mind wearing a few different hats.

    Advice to Management

I really don't have a lot to add here, but I'm required to hit a 20 word minimum. So I'll say that management should continue to do a good job of hiring smart people, giving them direction, and staying out of their way.
