Great internal bosses and coworkers. When Accudata was still just Accudata (before it sold out to Converge Technology Solutions), I always felt heard and appreciated. And, Accudata used to have a solid family feel to it.
Cons
After the merge, several people lost their jobs or got pushed into roles that were nothing like what they loved to do. My role got phased out, and I got pushed into something else unrelated, which I hated, so I left as soon as I could. Also, the pay isn't very good across the board.

medical and 401k benefits are very good now since Accudata was taken over by Converge.

no making enough money to take avantage of the benefits, management is run IT Support from outside the US.

Opinion: You might have managers that like you, maybe the CEO even likes you but at the end of the day you are judged by your ability to make the company money. At least that is how my tenure eventually turned out at Accudata.
