I have been working at Accuity full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    Management listens employees
Very often, they ask for an opinion in the meetings, etc.. (not very common to have in big companies)
    Friendly and helpful team
Paid Time Off (18 days first 2 years, than 23 days) After 5 years I think it is 28 days
Location (San Diego is such a great city to leave)

    Cons

Not exactly a cons but salary rate is little bit less than avg. Not too bad tho. Company is growing very fast, I believe this will get better as well.
    Social activities (almost nothing)

    Advice to Management

Social activities could be planned more often (at least once every 2 months)

I have been working at Accuity full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Accuity is a fast growing company. It needs people that are willing to meet their commitments. There is a great career path for those that show they have the intelligence and work ethic to succeed.

    Cons

Accountability is important at Accuity. If you want a 9 to 5 work place this is not the place for you. Accuity does not tend to hire middle aged people.

I have been working at Accuity (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Accuity is a company you can grow old with. I am living proof. At Accuity you will find a growing company, an open door policy with upper management and plenty of opportunity to make a name for yourself. Requirements for success: Work hard and go above and beyond what is required of you. Be patient and good things will come.

    Cons

Nothing I would consider worth mentioning outside of the normal pains experienced by a rapidly growing company.

    Advice to Management

Continue to assist employees along their desired career path.

    Pros

Excellent opportunity with global office footprint and as part of the RELX Group. Strong innovation culture building products with cutting edge technologies. Wonderful people and leadership team. Fast growing company in a dynamic space offers exciting challenges. Excellent 401k and vacation benefits including two additional days per year for charitable work of your choice.

    Cons

Depending on your role, travel might be required to interact with diverse set of colleagues. Remote offices can sometimes feel separated from the main centers.

    Advice to Management

Retain focus on employees, ensuring upward opportunities, and inclusion across geographic distances. So far, great job!

Very nice 401K and paid vacation, and of course there are some good people.

    Cons

Disorganized and incompetent management, I suspect a lot of cronyism.

    Advice to Management

Keep and promote the good ones and let the bad ones go. Pay detailed attention and find out who is doing a good job and who is doing a lousy job.
