There really isnt any pros to working for this company.
Cons
I dont even know where to starr with the cons. Long hours with no break because you work by yourself. Benifits are way to high. They push you and threaten write ups if you dont meet their goals that they set no matter what. Two faced management and you can never get a straight answer on anything. Always get conflicting information.

The Benefits are ok if you stay long enough
Cons
Everything else. They over work you and don't pay enough for the stuff you have to deal with. You also work alone most days which means no breaks or lunches, which is highly illegal in this state.
