    Garage parking

    Plenty of good places to eat around the area

    You'll learn some decent skills that will allow you to find growth elsewhere

    Cons

    This place will suck the life out of you. No opportunity for advancement, management will make you feel inferior and incapable of doing your job, apparently asking questions is not allowed. They like playing favorites here, so giddy-up. You'll quickly see why the turnover is so high.

    Learn to value your employee's and enable growth

    Little room for advancement, pay increases that don't even match the rate of inflation

    Decision making is your own
    Being proactive is a plus here
    Never stop learning environment

    Slow growing, there's some favoritism
    Lack of innovation, management is close to receive feedback, this can be solve with a head shacking, now is happening
    Constant strategy change, makes complicated to follow up success mid to long term

    Try to be open to what is happening in the market and the world, innovations is urgent here

    I worked at Acer America (More than a year)

    Pros

    Plenty of opportunity for cross training. The upper management is very helpful and attentive to their employees needs.

    Cons

    Very hard to advance unless you test and become a Tech or get hired on at the call center.

    Advice to Management

    The Temple location has an excellent team. They build great working relationships with their employees.
