Flexible, focused and very team oriented

      Pros

Its a small company and hence you dont face the bureaucratic mess of large corporate. Your team though geographically dispersed all across the globe, still function as if a family sitting around a fire place. There is close coordination and excellent management that comes with it. Altogether a very nice place to work and there are many different avenues for career growth. Oh, did I tell you that they also allow you to work from home which makes your life even better.

      Cons

None that I can see so far.

Be Very Careful before you accept a position

      Pros

Can Work from Home People are generally nice

      Cons

Management is not open to new ideas. No career paths for most employees. There is quite a bit of favoritism. Pay/benefits/leave policies are not on par with other tech companies. I was not a "disgruntled" employee nor did I leave on bad terms but I will say that there are more cons than pros

      Sr leadership has no direction

      Pros

Work from home and plenty of days off.

      Cons

Senior leadership cant stay focused on anything. No 1 appears to be open to new ideas. People that have been around a while get very defensive when improvements are suggested. Revolving door in director/VP/SVP level management at corporate. Benefits are very expensive.

      Pros

Easy job, nice co-workers, work from home, good product, extra days off for Jewish holidays

      Cons

HIGH TURN OVER- 3 people left last week, 2 fired, 1 quit--this is COMMON. A lot of the employees work a short day so it can be hard to get thing accomplished, no upward movement, no big bonuses unless you're a sales rep, sales reps get a lot of rewards while other departments who work just as hard do not, only 3 sick days per year, unfair practices from dept to dept

      Stop favoring employees

      Pros

Casual work attire, friendly colleagues, generous vacation time, flexible hours, can work from home (but only if you beg).

      Cons

Certain members of a religious community get highly preferential treatment, very rarely promote talent from within, upper management is full of micromanagers, resistant to change, raises are poor, and it's rare to get any type of coaching or feedback from supervisors.

      Brilliant but Heartless

      Pros

Can work from home, get all Jewish holidays plus vacation, great initial training for all new employees

      Cons

I've been at other corporations, but this one is particularly heartless. It's all, all, ALL about the bottom line, all the time. Need to step up my efforts looking for another job, as the good pay does not quite make up for the constant anxiety.
