I worked at Acloche (Less than a year)

    I worked at Acloche full-time

    Pros

Benefits package is good. Paid time off was generous. The director I worked for was nice, but then she left.

    Cons

CEO isn't motivating. Buying everyone pizza every couple of months is appreciated, but what would be more appreciated is a phone call or email telling you what she has seen (or heard, since I only saw her once in the office while I worked there) you do that is good. Possibly if she was in the offices more and saw how hard people work each day, she would be more appreciative. All you mainly see is emails from her sent to the entire company because someone received a complaint or because a big name client needed people to work. Other than that, you really don't hear much from her.

    Advice to Management

Take time and show your employees genuine gratitude. Get to know your employees.

I worked at Acloche (More than a year)

    Pros

You can accept only the assigns you want and feel are the right fit for you i.e. hours and job duties plus location.

    Cons

You may want an assignment and one may not be available. You may want specific i.e. long term and one may not be available.

    Advice to Management

I really never had any real complaints. The company was always very user friendly and accommodating for me and my needs at the time.

I have been working at Acloche full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

It's a Fill-In "Temp Only" Job! Maybe a Full Time Job, for the Selected Few?
Some Very Friendly & Personable Folks, with Others, that can be Difficult @ Times (Similar to Other Jobs).

    Cons

No Experience Required, Just Work as Fast/Good as Possible, No Complaints Please! You Absolutely, Must be Able to Get Along with a "Very Diversified Work Force", in Some "Very Tight Situations" (Close Proximity). You May be asked to do Almost Anything, Depending on the Circumstances (a Good or Bad Production Run @ that Time). A Lot of Chief's (Permanent & Longer Term Temp's) & Not Enough Indian's (Virtual Manpower @ Times). You can Please Some of the People All the Time & All, Some of the Time, but NEVER All those People, All the Time. Simply Put, it's a People Factory, but a Check, None The Less!

    Advice to Management

You Did Explain these Basic's, Up Front & I (For One) Appreciate That.

    Pros

I'm a great worker and I take pride in my work

    Cons

Looking for a full time job

    Advice to Management

If you hire me you will have a greater worker and always early for my shift

I have been working at Acloche (Less than a year)

    Pros

Friendly environment, nice office to work in, managers are willing to talk

    Cons

Being salaried at a low level and working 50-55 hours, unrealistic expectations of coordinators, not a lot of people in system to hire yet hounded when not hiring enough people.

    Advice to Management

Be willing to take advice of those "lower" than you as they know what's going on. Also, when a new focus/goal is introduced, the old goal should be revised. You can't have 15 highly important goals and expect everyone to hit them.

    Pros

Rewarding, team environment, helping people find jobs, meeting new people.

    Cons

No pay for overtime, communication is horrible in this company, no work life balance. No loyalty to employees or associates. No one at the top truly knows what is like to work in a branch office. Associate employees are not reliable and they let you down.

    Advice to Management

Let the employees have a life outside of work. Listen to employees in the branches. HIRE RECRUITERS FOR EACH OFFICE!

    Pros

Good experience on your resume to find a career

    Cons

    - CEO
    - forced to lie to and provide false information to clients
    - make you salary at the minimum requirement so they can work the staff 12+ hour days and 7 days a week

    Advice to Management

Kim is destroying the company Bobbie built. It is no longer about building relationships but now is only about the bottom line - sacraficing customer service.
