Pros
Management in local office great to work with. Long standing company, good product and name brand. Benefits package is good.
Cons
Froze pension plan. All offices are short staffed and employee's do many jobs with little or no pay raise. High turn over rate due to pay scale so your always working short handed. Does not have a good training program for new employee's to learn the products.
