    Great staff,excellent mentors(in customer support) ,relaxed work environment

    Cons

    No work based incentives,below market pay.There is a big inner circle in this company (People that thrive on others talents and do not deserve to be in the company, let alone the management positions they command.. On the other hand there are lots and lots of talented people who are hardly recognized

    Advice to Management

    Get rid of the people that you see in the cafeteria everyday for hours and hours doing nothing

    Pros

    Its a good company to work for with generous benefits and perks and good management and a share save scheme.

    Cons

    Its location isnt the best as its too cold in Yorkshire and some of the customers are slow to pay up.

    Advice to Management

    Be tougher on the customers and give employees free tea and coffee in the vending machines and free biscuits and cakes
