I worked at Acorn Product Development as an intern

    Pros

Acorn is a tight-knit product development company with talented engineers. Working there was great. I got to see a bunch of different projects and work on different phases from concept to design so I was never bored. I learned a ton from the other engineers. Their experience and insight into product design was great to learn from. I would recommend to work for them and have them develop your products!

    Cons

The senior engineers are too busy to take advantage of interns. It would have been nice to have a larger task list to avoid having to annoy people for things to do.

    Advice to Management

You have a great company with great people but I would try to organize project task so that it was easier for another engineer to jump in and help.
