I have been working at Acorn Recruitment full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Financially solid, say all the right things. As a brand they are keen to do well for staff and provide great regulatory training. Commission and pay around market average.

    Cons

Was put in a role as a consultant with no training, help or guidance. When asked for some kpi's to give an indication of performance was advised they don't use them but couldn't give anything else tangible to use as a measure

    Advice to Management

    Provide role based training

Particular people from staff like to cheat and manipulate people

    Advice to Management
