    Pros

    Haven't worked there long enough to tell;

    Overall people are very friendly, outgoing and helpful

    Didn't have to negotiate very much since they gave me exactly what I asked for.

    Cons

    The fact that there is no built in raises is troublesome

    Pros

    Good dental and eye benefits.

    Cons

    Salaried employees are required to work 40 plus hours, sometimes 12 -16 hour days. You will never get a raise as it is common knowledge that they do not exist. They will promose the moon but the only way to get promoted is if someone dies. Withbover 200 plus lines to represent the demands are rediculous. There are many who have left and more going soon.

    Advice to Management

    Pay a fair salary. Lessen the demands. LISTEN to your employees.

    Pros

    If you dont like sitting at a desk all day this is a great job.

    Cons

    Sitting in traffic and they only reimburse for start of day after 20 miles (even though you may live 2 miles from base office. they consider first 20 miles a standard commute. nothing for end of day trips. also the mileage doesn't cover the gas spent.

    Advice to Management

    don't cut corners with monthly conference calls, it creates a distance between the two. you should make it a priority to see your team every month to ensure the sense of being part of a team is never vacant. also its important for all employees to see the faces of fellow team members that they will be helping out.

    Access to unlimited information
    Deep pocket of validated client pool
    Top brands make selling easier

    Cons

    Very corporate, you get lost in the numbers
    Raises are few and far between, and not to market value
    Expenses for food is kept to $25 per day (cannot eat healthy on that)

    Pay your employees. Retention will be much higher.
