No training, learn as you go. In my time a supervisor never worked with me, supplies showing up at house with no notice.

    Advice to Management

Too much to list, skewing numbers, dont care about employees, not even a Christmas card. Do you really think these major company are going to continue to contract with you when you wont even allow the reps to pull out of date products? Management get out in the field before its too late

I worked at Acosta full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Good benefits, nice co-workers, short commute

    Cons

No pay raises, more responsibility added with no reward. Leadership is poor. Management lacks professionalism. Revolving door of employees. Unhappy work environment.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to understand what it means to keep things confidential and not gossip. Treat people with respect, they will work hard for you. In turn, they need to be rewarded for their hard work...it's a group effort that makes a company strong. Skip the holiday party & give raises, not everybody celebrates Christmas anyway.
