    Cons

Lack of direction from senior leadership.

    Advice to Management

Focus on developing your internal employee instead of hiring perceived outside top talent

    Pros

The people, particularly the working class, are top notch. Overall the stress levels are low, and you know what you're supposed to be doing each day. The company (now PCM) name is fairly well-respected, and the experience does look good on a resume if you're in the IT field (or looking to get into it).

    Cons

Pay is below industry standard for most positions. Management also tends to take the working class for granted, and considers them expendable. Hopefully PCM takes a look at how things are run, because there's some serious dead weight at this company.

    Advice to Management

Stop being cheap, get rid of dead weight and pay the employees that deserve it.

I worked at Acrodex (More than a year)

    Pros

You can quit anytime you want.

    Cons

Incompetent and vindictive management and upper management unwilling to right wrongs committed by those below them due to unreasonably rigid policy.
Claim they will treat their employees like family, then underpay, lie and stab you in the back.

    I worked at Acrodex full-time

    Pros

Very good group of people working at the company.
    Good benefits/retirement savings plan.
Paid holidays up to 5 weeks per year after multiple years of employment.

    Cons

    Very poorly organized.
Offer little to no support after the initial HR onboarding meeting with all the newbies.
No procedure set up to educate staff members about all of the working parts in the company. One hand doesn't know what the other hand is doing.

Great working environment and great for experience. Lot's of friendly employees, and monthly events are held for team bonding.

    Cons

Separation between different departments. Not much of a con, but parking is about a two minute walk from the office.
