    Pros

Great working environment and great for experience. Lot's of friendly employees, and monthly events are held for team bonding.

    Cons

Separation between different departments. Not much of a con, but parking is about a two minute walk from the office.

I have been working at Acrodex full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Nothing special about Acrodex, easy going atmosphere, less corporate politics.
    No micro management.

    Cons

Not flexible at all with time management, no flexible timings, no work from home concept.
    Mandatory lunch break 12-1 (unpaid).

    Advice to Management

Keep the lunch time 1 hour optional if some wish to have lunch like on the go sandwich on the seat itself and working let them go 1 hour early.

Spend some money on paid training.

I have been working at Acrodex (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good Place for learning for people with no experience

    Cons

Poor management, Low Salary, No reward or appreciation for employees with good performance.
They compensate some employees below their peers without any good reason.
For example, you can find out easily at Acrodex, someone is sitting next to you, doing exactly same job, with no better performance or experience but making at least 10 grand more than you. You talked to the managers and they easily ignore that. 'Pay Secrecy' policy at work...
