    Pros

    It was an entrepreneurial company with many experienced industry veterans who can make things happen. Good 401k match and no cost for actavis drug

    Cons

    Constant merge and acquisition, no stability and become bureaucratic and lost advantage in the industry. Not enough PTO. Not good enough health benefits

    Advice to Management

    Learn from people who knows their business instead of encouraging bureaucratic culture

    Pros

    Very big organization that provides good opportunities for development especially for less experienced or new employees.
    Excellent remuneration and benefits.

    Cons

    Recently established very centralized matrix organization drives disconnection from the market needs and inflexibility.
    Increasing workload without value added may drive inefficiencies.

    Advice to Management

    May be more focus is necessary on the market grow related achievements in processes and systems, nevertheless they are local or corporate.
    Focus on people inspiration and motivation also would be beneficial.

    Pros

    Lots of opportunities for learning and advancement. They're always offering training services that can be completed at your own pace.

    I have nothing negative to say about the company. All I have had are positive experiences.

    Keep pushing positive reinforcements to your direct reports, it helps everyone in the end.
