Pros? Good people on the inside. The people "in the engine" know what is going on and how to do things.

    Cons

Upper management has no clue. None. The wrong people are let go.

    Pros

Good Experience. You learn how to deal with employees that don't care and how to deal with the more difficult customers.

    Cons

Doesn't pay. No one lasts long, most employees are only there a year or two. The employees that do stay are trapped because of their circumstances. They don't care about their jobs or the company.

    Advice to Management

Be present. You are not around enough to actually see what happens within the company.
