    Negative Outlook

I worked at Action Family Counseling (Less than a year)

    Pros

Established funnel for continued recurring clients seeking treatment. No shortage of clients.

    Cons

Lack of cohesive leadership. Inadequate job description duties prior to employment. Disconnected administration. Transient job creates high turnover rate. Excessive UA testing does not constitute treatment especially without effective protocol for "dirty" tests.

    Advice to Management

Improved professional screening assessment criteria procuring proper suitability for this facility prior to admission would prove beneficial to both clients and staff. Too many unaddressed attention to details leaves gaping inadequacies to qualify as effective professional treatment.

    Pros

It's a great job knowing that you are helping people that otherwise may not be able to help themselves. Many employees are currently in recovery.

    Cons

Sometimes its very difficult working with all the personalities at the company. Since many of them are former addicts, many still have the addict personality.
