    Pros

Great benefits, excellent pay, cool perks for employees (snacks, games, happy hours, etc.)

    Cons

Extremely high demands for new employees coming in without effective training in place. HR doesn't have a work / life balance, high burn-out rate, at least in that dept. No processes in place.

    Advice to Management

Ask the expereienced recruitment team what would better serve them to fulfill the open positions in a more timely and effective manner, as to save the company time and money, then run with it!

    Pros

Great perks and great people. Santa Monica is Idyllic. Working at a gaming company affords everyone the opportunity to unleash their inner child and have a good time.

    Cons

Job was not technical product management. Mostly financially based and focuses on the marketing side of the business rather than product creation.

    Advice to Management

devote more effort to onboarding and development of young employees. Improve workflows and systems across the company

I worked at Activision as an intern (Less than a year)

    Pros

Great people to work with, and a lot of swags. Also food provided anytime you stayed longer than regular hours. Worked with some amazing people who have worked more than 20 years in the industry, and they were all so eager to help.

    Cons

Worked in a smaller division, so even though I had a great rapport them hiring me might not happen. But, I did make a lot of connections.
