      Not worth it

      Pros

Good Benefits - that's about it...

      Cons

Bad work environment and co-workers. Honestly, the drama between CPA's, MA's, and LPN's was not worth it in the long run. The LPN's more specifically are rude and talk very badly about other staff and the patients as well. In my honest opinion, the pay is not worth it for such a negative work environment. I knew of many employees who were scared to contact HR and make a complaint against their co-workers for fear of retaliation and also fear that nothing would be done.

      Pros

      Very good Benefits,and generous Residents

      Cons

Ive worked here for quite some time and i have witnessed workers being forced out of their jobs due to supervisors. Many times if a supervisor did not like someone they would conjour up lies, have others to write statements and have that person fired. Corperate should follow up with former employees in order to counteract the high turn over. Recently there was a survey, due to fear of retaliation many employees lied and did not rate accordingly. We have had many good workers fired because of secret retaliations and this needs to stop.
