    Fast and multidisciplinary learning, excellent for first job experience

    I have been working at Actualsales full-time for more than a year

    Pros

    Flexible work hours, friendly and devoted team who don't deserve the terrible reputation the company is acquiring these days, team spirit, good first job learning experience

    Cons

    The management is some of the worst i've ever seen, promises made to employees are broken on an almost weekly basis, salaries are low as the company can't afford to pay competitive wages, most of the staff don't have much experience at all and the trend seems to be replace everyone with interns, the average time an employee stays at the company is between 6 months and a year, rarely more than that. The... administration never shows their face and the only time anyone hears about them is because they're firing someone or have broken a promise made previously, the upper management don't seem to know what direction to take the company in or what exactly needs to be done to make the company profitable, so instead of growth plans, all planning goes into cutting costs, and forcing whatever little staff is left to take on the roles of all staff members fired, you're not expected to work less than 10 hour days. It's entirely common for one member of the board to override the decisions made by another when it comes to how the company should be run, this makes the environment very volatile, you never know what's gonna happen tomorrow and nothing is ever set in stone. You can't rely on them and you can't expect that what they say will happen.

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, invest in them, give them a chance to turn the sinking ship around, stop splitting the company into smaller operations and expecting them all to turn major profits regardless of geographical location... It's not their fault the company is in the situation it's in, it's yours... create GROWTH plans, stop firing everyone to cut costs.

    Pros

    A empresa tem um ambiente extremamente jovem, flexível e aberto ao diálogo. Oferece café da manhã. Deixa os funcionários livres para cumprir o horário que preferirem, as vezes home office.

    Cons

    O plano de carreira da empresa não é muito claro e parece demorar para subir de cargo. Fora essas duas coisas não existem pontos que sejam negativos.

    Pros

    Empresa em pleno crescimento, com pessoal jovem e comprometido. Focada em apresentar resultados ao cliente, sem essa de trazer o cliente e fazer o que der. Metodologia e ferramentas próprias, e inovação constante. Flexibilidade de horário e alguns mimos mínimos que já são comuns nas agencias. Gestores de alto nível, bem presentes e que estão abertos a novas metodologias de trabalho.

    Cons

    Como muitos já comentaram, o baixo salário nem sempre é compensado pelas comissões. A rotatividade por conta disso atrapalha alguns setores, mas nada demais.

    A empresa é flexível, você tem muita autonomia para trabalhar, tem um ótimo ambiente, uma cultura bacana, possuí pessoas inteligentes, é muito ágil para a resolução de problemas e focam em cobra-lo pelos seus resultados

    Cons

    Precisam melhorar o salário, este é o ponto negativo mais exacerbado. Além disso, não possuem plano de carreira e os diretores não expõe a visão de longo prazo da companhia.

    Há pessoas excepcionais trabalhando na Actual Sales, acredito que o que as mantém lá é a flexibilidade, a cultura da empresa e o rápido aprendizado que realmente são fora da curva. Com um salário melhor, a empresa seria perfeita e o turn over de talentos, muito menor.

    Muito flexível, oportunidade de aprendizado, muita correria e clientes grandes. A empresa proporciona diversão e deixa todos se expressarem e darem sua opinião quanto aos processos.

    Cons

    O salário deixa bastante a desejar, levando em consideração outras empresas da mesma área. Apesar de ter comissão, ainda não seja na base salarial esperada.
