I have been working at Acxiom full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Support staff are willing to step in and help. If you work with Acxiom's longstanding existing customers, they mostly like Acxiom and won't attrit.

    Cons

Not a salesperson-friendly culture at all. Pay commissions quarterly (who does this?) and you will be re-orged out of the company or into a new position, so there is no time to build pipeline. Compensation and finance team will actively try to figure out ways to not pay you commission on deals you sell.

I have been working at Acxiom full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

We work hard...we play hard. We care about each other, our Partners and the Clients we get to work with. It is a great company. The people that work here will go the 2nd and 3rd mile to exceed expectations. We believe in the long-term relationships we build in our work-life.

    Cons

Our LiveRamp branch of the company still has many 'rough edges' that we are working on. A lot of great potential there....it just needs to be 'seasoned' a little with an understanding and respect for growing relationships and building trust through doing the 'right' thing for the overall Acxiom company and for the partners & clients.

    Advice to Management

Upper management needs to continue working on uniting the LiveRamp with Acxiom. The lack of unity creates unhealthy competition that is not viewed well by Partners and clients.

    Pros

A lot of strong talent that works well in teams driven to do the right thing for client. Strong market leading solutions to deliver higher value in the market.

    Cons

Complexity of solutions and number of divisions that have to be engaged to complete marketing solutions requires significant project management and oversight that is not well staffed.

    Advice to Management

Add additional digital marketing consultants and project managers

  10. "Long Term Associate"

I have been working at Acxiom full-time

    Pros

Great place to work. Associates are like family. Enjoy the flexible work schedule. I respect my leaders and think they are driving our group to be successful.

    Cons

Can't think of many cons to put here. Benefit prices seem to be going up. Upwardly mobile associates need to move west to be successful.

    Advice to Management

Use the knowledge and experience of long term associates. Focus on areas that have potential for greater profit. Don't ignore opportunities that have potential even though they might not use the flashy new toy.
