    Pros

Big, roomy office with plenty of parking space. Great clients. Nice and friendly people.

    Cons

Mid managements are incompetent with poor judgements, poor professional skills but high pride, which created very low glass ceilings with absolutely no room or opportunities to grow. No mentor program, and no learning or stepping up opportunities for junior staffs. Mid managements are the major discouragement for team morale, they focus solely on senseless hierarchy, power play, and pleasing the boss instead of...

    Advice to Management

Get rid of the incompetent and lazy mid managements already, they are the main reason your good staffs left the company one after another! Let people with the real skills, experience and talents to lead. Start treating the talented ones better, they are your assets, you should invest in them or they would just leave and help your competitors. Try to talk to your junior staffs more to learn about the real current...

    Negative Outlook

I have been working at AdAsia Communications full-time for more than 2 years

    Pros

Nice office, visa sponsorship. That's all the good they give. I don't know what else to say about this company.

    Cons

Leadership team fight with each other, backstabbing is common. There's no trust to the juniors. They use visa sponsorship as an excuse for low pay and extra work hours. There's no creativity in the work. Hierarchy rules here, you can't say no to leaders. Hell on earth to work. The boss "Kevin" is the only one that matters to everyone.

    Advice to Management

You really could have make the agency fun as other. But they chose to make it boring as hell, tiring like a sweatshop.

    I worked at AdAsia Communications

    Pros

Don't need to compete to others. Not much stress for works. Union square location.

    Cons

They are targeting only for 1st generation asian american market. Meaning there's very limited pool of audience and not much room for both marketing strategy and creative. People are good but the company atmosphere is very strict and tied-up. Hard to feel passion as a creative agency in this company.
