I have been working at Adam Leitman Bailey P.C full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Good pay, excellent benefits, massage and manicures every other Friday, I'm given freedom to be creative, make decisions and I'm not micromanaged with my responsibilities.

    Cons

Always busy busy busy. Not necessary a bad thing, but it's not a company for someone that wants to coast.

    Advice to Management

I'd love to be able to attend training days to enhance my skills and bring fresh ideas to my role.

    Pros

I am a nine-year member of this mid-sized law firm. The work is fast-paced, varied and exciting. Because we deal primarily with New York City real estate, most of our cases involve high-stakes litigation, which is an exciting challenge for a trial lawyer. I learn new things every day in this practice. I love the opportunity to pass along some of the understanding of the law I have gained over many years in practice and to help younger lawyers apply the knowledge they have to real world problems in order to help our clients. Our compensation structure is comparable to or better than others in our niche market and we have quite a few benefits not found elsewhere. The firm gives you everything you need to excel – the rest is up to you.

    Cons

I really don't have any "cons" to provide. I wish I didn't commute three hours every day, but where I live is my choice.

I have worked at this firm for the past seven years and can absolutely see myself here for many many more. I am consistently learning new things everyday and I have the opportunity to teach others as well. My voice and opinion matter here, I am not just another number. Great people to work with.

    Cons

No cons to speak of at this time.

    Pros

Great firm and friendly staff. Adam is genuinely interested in the well-being and happiness of his employees. A lot of great benefits that balance out the stress/work load that comes with working at a law firm.

    Cons

Long hours and no designated end of day time due to work load. (Everyday varies)
