      Pros

ASI provides some employees a remarkable amount of opportunity and responsibility very early on should you be in the right technical team or location. Depending on your manager and team, there are many opportunities to work "in-field" also. Most staff are intelligent and energised people who are really focused on creating positive impact through their assignments.

      Cons

It is very much variable on your line manager and director, as well as the budget available in your team, as to whether you can thrive in this environment. The company is largely top heavy and decisions are almost all made in London HQ with little consultation with regional teams. There is a significant gender issue in this company, women are not represented in the senior levels and soft skills are severely lacking as a result. Junior staff struggle to be seen and heard, particularly if you're working outside of the London office. There is no focus on staff retention, which is further fuelled by little interest in building staff morale, lack of transparency and under-resourced HR.
