    Cons

Small company and growing rapidly. Some growing pains but leadership is good and is always keeping an eye on the future.

    Advice to Management

none- doing a great job, wish I could still be there

I worked at Adams Air And Hydraulics full-time

    Pros

Implements cross training, adds to skill sets.

    Cons

Family owned business, automatically promotes family members or give them a job even if they do not have adequate skills for the position. Just because the person is a family member does not mean he/she will be best suited to a given job.

    Advice to Management

Be who you expect your employees to be!

    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Adams Air And Hydraulics

    Pros

School reimbursement and recognition of student status, good inter-department communication, good client communication, good med/dental benefits, management seeks to create a work-efficient environment and keep employees informed of company activities.

    Cons

Lack of recognition for strong performance, iffy benefits setup, impromptu business decisions that are contrary to business goals, impromptu horizontal-loading, preferential behavior for blood-related employees, frequent micro-management, frequent absence of guidance by management personnel during hard deadlines.

    Advice to Management

We want to help make your hard-working company work smarter as it envisions, but with a lack of authority delegation, preferential treatment and frequent absence of management around hard deadlines, the company will continue to lose competitiveness and ability to adapt to the customer base in current times. Let your employees prove their expertise.
