    this office uses flat management, the upper management appreciates aggressive and rude employees, if you like elbowing/undermining/confronting your fellow colleagues, this is the perfect place for you.

    toxic work environment, disorganized staff, no clear scope of work, arrogant managers, bullying of junior and mid level staff

    Management is poor. Develop clear metrics for management performance. Look to the long term growth of staff. Management's treatment of staff is making company into a revolving door firm.

    Far from everything, must drive far for good food.     Advice to Management

    Fire consultants that do not execute and perform. Principal needs to let go some decision making and allow the team to make decisions and progress the project. They are more than capable. If the team was allow to be without Principal oversight they would execute the project well on budget and time.
