      Pros

Fast paced environment with a lot of very talented and intelligent colleagues. Have been at Adaptive for about a year and a half and the growth of the company during this time has been incredible. Management seems to really care about their employee's and for advancement in their respective career paths if they express interest. Recently implemented 401k match which is great. New additions to employee resource groups have been nice to see bolstering diversity inclusion across the company.

      Cons

Large amount of growth and and change comes with a lot of challenges. Many new employees, which involves a fair amount of training and getting colleagues up to speed. A lot of change happening in a short of amount of time can sometimes be frustrating if not communicated well, but overall this is part of the growth process and everyone seems to be understanding of this. Overall, still very rewarding and highly recommend.

    Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

I have a decent tech/business background and constantly get recruiters calling me asking if I’m interested in a role…probably at least 1x/month. I take the interviews because I figure it’s good practice but NEVER get selected for the role. Apart from feedback I’ve received regarding specific skills the employer wanted to see more of, I’m at a loss. Has anyone experienced this, what should I do?

Does anyone have any experience with the interview process for Spring Health? I'd like to know the timeline etc- I was just invited to interview for a position that I am very interested in, but I have already verbally accepted an offer elsewhere. I'm going to try to be somewhat transparent so that I can sort of expedite the process should they decide to move forward with me.

Has anyone successfully moved from vendor to manufacturer without prior manufacturer experience? How did you sell yourself? What were your reasons for switching? Thank you!
