    Advice to Management

Close the company and have a trip to vegas. There are more chances of winning there.

I worked at Adchemy full-time for more than a year

    Pros

There are intelligent people (although maybe not very effective) The company has a compelling vision and a real market opportunity Good pay and benefits

    Cons

Very hard to get things done. Things move very slowly. A great deal of turnover. People are always leaving. It is hard to recruit people due to the company's poor reputation issues. Company has raised a lot of money and it may be hard for employees to get much value in an exit People are generally not happy and don't have faith in upper management

    Advice to Management

Be the change you want to see in the company
