    Has got a great development center in India with good people who can actually deliver solid IT work
    Flexible employer
    Was once a great place to work

    Cons

    A lot of internal politics created by current upper managment
    No customer service at the human resource management level
    Poor company communication, e.g. employees will be let go but no communication to rest of employees about why..

    Advice to Management

    Listen to your employees, do not brush them aside
    Show up to meetings on time
    Stop expensive overseas trips that are crippling the company

    Pros

    As it is mentioned, money is good. But, as long as you have no other option. Certainly, can't make a career here.
    However, Great place if you're on H1B and hate your current employer. They never hold back your salary.

    They do NOT find a project for you either. You're on your own when it comes to job hunting. Also, they don't hold your h1 for more than a month(or so) if you're not on a project.

    They also pay for your greencard. [But, not for your spouse or kids.]

    Not as big as they seem. Having several offices in multiple countries.

    Cons

    They should increase immigration staff. Two senior ladies can't handle large number of employees.

    Advice to Management

    They should introduce a bonus system for the consultants.

    - Start your green card process
    - Start into contracting world , better pay than full time usually
    - Dont mind being on bench without pay

    Cons

    - work on bench without pay
    - no real promotion/ bonus / raise in place for staff aug projects
    - no concept of working at a company. you dont know anyone. no one knows you.
    - no annual review as such

    Advice to Management

    - Even in Staff aug, you need to know your folks who work and earn for you. you can retain more folks.

    work-life balance : great
    work culture : good
    personal growth : good
    employee benefits : good, its great for women
    good hikes : good compared to other companies
    flexible timings
    no dress code
    supportive management

    Cons

    favoritism : that is common in any industry
    bit of politics : this too common in any industry
    most of the seniors are 10+ years, so it is not easy to grow
