I have been working at Adecco as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

This company took over the contract with the current customer, I had to move to Addeco to keep my assignment. So far seems like a fine agency to work with.

    Cons

One year on this assignment. No dialog regarding permanent employment

    Advice to Management

Communication is the key. Very little here

    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Adecco as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Access to excellent companies central locations.

    Cons

Does not fairly distribute assignments, based on age, work history.

    Advice to Management

Stop trying to employ only people on welfare or other forms of public assistance(social services). It isn't fair to those of us who have bothered to get college degrees.
