I have been working at Adecco full-time

    Pros

    Flexible Schedule
    Time to learn new things

    Cons

Absent Management - A lot of managers don't interact with their teams. They stay tucked away and ignore their teams who have to govern themselves.

Favoritism - More often than not good people leave because they are passed up for promotions for people who aren't as qualified but played politics.

Pay - Grossly underpays employees. Personally leaving as I'm paid $20k under average value for my position.

Benefits - Very expensive and not that good.

Turnover- High turnover rate. Mainly do to the favoritism and pay.

    Advice to Management

Pay your employees and that may stop them from jumping ship.

North America had a major Senior Management overhaul so hopefully the new regime will make positive change.

    Cons

Low pay. Not easy to work wirh when needing time off

    Advice to Management

Pay employees what they are worth. Give some dont always take. No flexibility in needing days off management is all in a click in the decor department. Nice to your face but nasty behind your back!

I worked at Adecco as a contractor

    Pros

Weekly paycheck that was never late.

    Cons

No paid days off...no vacation, no holidays...nothing. No matter how long you have worked for them. Virtually impossible to earn vacation time the way it is structured.

    Advice to Management

Pay long term temp employees for at least the major holidays!

    Cons

    Very Unorganized

No Communication at all, you are always in the dark until you have already put your foot in your mouth
    They are SO cheap
NO TRAINING AT ALL (if you are new you better be a fast learner)

    Advice to Management

Communication is key and treat your employees well so they do not feel so used and confused.

I have been working at Adecco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Steady work for the most part.
    Easy work.
    Inside.
    Renovating.
    Free coffee DIO.
Some older generations are a 'hoot' to shoot the spit with.

    Cons

    Very little communication.
    Rude employees that feel entitled.
Coworkers try to take the roll of your superior.
    Grumpy environment.
Company eliminating work due to lack of quality.
Temps get moved around a lot with little chance of being hired.
Once a temp, always a temp mentality.
They will try to get more out of you for their benefit than you will ever get in return.
I worked hard and had a great attitude, thank goodness I left with that in tact. People are constantly in fear of you taking their job or looking better than them, take my advice, don't play into it just stay positive and look for another job whilst you maintain your job money and life moving forward. They are staying still, you don't have to.

    Advice to Management

Hire temps within 6 months. It's pretty well standard.

I have been working at Adecco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Not hard work. Generous PTO.

    Cons

Schedule. Flexibility. No succession planning. Communication. Support of payroll center and Operations team. I feel like my manager is hurting my career. Doesn't teach me any new skills and constantly micro-manages. Stuck at my desk all day and never actually go out to "recruit".

    Advice to Management

Show an invested interest in your employees. Include them in making decisions. Make time and listen
