I have been working at Adecco part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

Adecco (ralph lauren) has Weekly pay, fair late polices, and friendly staff. Working at Adecco isn't a stressful environment which is good.

    Cons

unfortunately the cons of Adecco (Ralph Lauren) are unstable pay, little growth potential, and unstable hours. Associate pay drops after peak season.

    Advice to Management

Thank you for being very kind and please continue to do so. please give associates a better and ahead of time run down of what their roles are at the facility and what changes you intend to make with their breaks and pay.

I have been working at Adecco as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Contracted for a Google subsidiary that was full of brilliant coworkers, but difficult management. Adecco was fantastic in regards to addressing any HR issues.

    Cons

Difficult management on the Google side, but Adecco was fantastic.

    Advice to Management

Adecco is stellar, but the team I worked on at Google was pretty toxic and miserable. Protect your candidates from this particular team!

I worked at Adecco as a contractor (More than 3 years)

    Pros

    Pay, communications, location, payroll support

    Cons

No backing from account rep, no paid holidays, no sick days

    Advice to Management

This is the 21st century and contract employees need paid time off just like account reps and office management. These should be negotiated with the company before the contract for the employee is signed.
