I worked at Adecco as a contractor (Less than a year)

    Pros

Never thought I would do contract work but an opportunity came along that looked like it would turn into something full time. And it did! Loved my recruiter, the process was super straightforward and transparent. Super helpful when I was onboarded. Awesome company that I'm with now thanks to Adecco! Pay was also very good. All good things.

    Cons

Health insurance is fairly expensive. I ended up being privately insured. And no PTO until youved worked 1000 hrs, but about what you would expect for a staffing agency.

    Advice to Management

    Maybe rethink your benefit structure.

I worked at Adecco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The office I worked in had a great time that cared about the people who worked for us. Everyone I worked with was very passionate about their role.

    Cons

There were many times that clients would need last minute hires. Finding people for this type of positions was a disaster as well as very stressful.

    Advice to Management

Create a more organized system of finding employees that involved better communication across all roles in the company. Create more incentives across the board.

I have been working at Adecco part-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

One of the best thing I can best describe to work at this kind of facility is that it is very easy and not so much of a hard job like most temp jobs.

    Cons

The people who stir up to much drama and snitching on people , which they don't pay enough for that kind of easy work in the faculty

I worked at Adecco full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

The Pay is competitive, with excellent work hours and the training is complete and useful. The Representative helped set the standard to which work will be judged by the inspectors at the production lines. They willing and able to help you find a good fit for your qualification and talents.

    Cons

Communication with them can take some time so being patient is key. Every once is a while you end up waiting to find someone to talk concerning an issue encounter.

    Advice to Management

open up communication channels better in response to pay raises and faster rate of response would be nicer for employees.
