I worked at Adecco full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great opportunity for advancing your career. ONLY ADVANCING YOUR CAREER IN THE LONG TERM RUN. 9-15 months. Look for other options of employment because you will be screwed over. SKIP ADECCO AND GO STRAIGHT TO THE COMAPNY THEY ARE HIRING FOR.

    Cons

TERRIBLE benefits and POOR management. This company will make what should be normal benefits extremely hard to obtain. Everything they do is taking advantage of you. especially pay! I was informed I was being paid 15 dollars an hour less than what I could be paid for 15 months. Adecco retained what I should have been paid and there is no renegotiating. Recruiters will only tell you a small portion of the truth to get you working.

    Advice to Management

Be up front with you employees. Don't tell them everything is okay then when the time comes pull out fine print documents that were never originally addressed.

I have been working at Adecco (More than a year)

    Pros

Adecco's pay rate is better than average, and the clientele is first rate. They are a temporary agency.

    Cons

Vetting is intense, and time consuming. Often, the jobs are not due to start immediately and, you may have to wait for weeks, even months for an assignment to begin.

    Advice to Management

Recruiters are rather good; they prefer to hire a younger demographic and utilize their potential.

    I worked at Adecco full-time

    Pros

    You get paid every week

    Cons

Disorganized place. Wouldn't recommend anyone here. Too many mess ups on paychecks and refused to relocate people. Put me behind a whole week of work because of mess ups on their end.

    Advice to Management

Need to train people at the branch better with information.
