    All hires at Factory done through temp agency in order to avoid paying benefits, higher wages and career advancement.

    Pros

    This company makes it easy to find work quickly. Many positions are temp-to-hire.

    Cons

    Benefits are a joke - don't even bother pursuing them, as its a complete waste of time. Ridiculous pricing and I wasn't even enrolled in STD even though I completed and submitted all the required paperwork. Can be difficult to contact office reps.

    Aren't any pros to working for Adecco.

    Cons

    No help from upper management. The Corporate office has blind e-mails for their departments.

    Advice to Management

    The branches are Adecco's bread and butter.
